The scope includes a complete internal renovation, featuring a brand-new kitchen, reconfiguration of internal spaces, and the careful relocation of walls to improve flow and functionality. A key focus has been on preserving the home’s character, including the recycling and reinstatement of original heritage floorboards.

The bathroom has been completely reimagined and elevated to a high-end, luxury standard—designed as a calm, Zen-inspired retreat. Both the kitchen and bathroom are true showpieces within the home, reflecting a significant portion of the project investment.

Attention to detail is a standout throughout, with intricate design elements including feature lighting from Louis Poulsen and high-end tiling with epoxy mitred edges, delivering a seamless and refined finish.

Externally, the front of the home has been extended to introduce a defined and welcoming entry—enhancing both street presence and functionality.
