Building to Budget
We provide our clients with detailed fixed price contracts, and ensure they understand them. We minimise Provisional Sum items and fully explain the reasons for any that are unavoidable, including potential costs that may be associated. We guarantee the terms and costs in our contracts are fair, accurate and trustworthy. We then build our projects as per the terms of their contracts.
